- Consumer Agreement
When placing an order, if print and call is selected an invoice will be sent after order is shipped. If customer provides a credit card, that card will be charged for items shipped, shipping and handling charges as well as a processing fee for running the named credit card. Fee will be from 3.5% to no more then 7% of total order amount.
MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource reserves the right to ask for a credit card before shipping items ordered. Should customer refuse to provide credit card information, MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Shipping & Delivery
All items will be shipped via UPS. We reserve the right to use another carrier if needed. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, a physical delivery address is needed to proceed with order. Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. A small percentage of items require a longer ship times.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available upon customer request only. The customer will be held responsible for all expedited shipping and handling charges. Some items sold are unable to be expedited. Next day, 2 day, and 3 day air ships are available. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to P.O. Boxes.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Return Policy
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be paid by customer returning items sold. Do not return items without contacting MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource first. Customer will be held responsible for payment of all shipping and handling charges applied to order. Returns must be shipped prepaid, NO COD'S. If a credit card was given and order was charged to that credit card, then items are returned, customer is responsible for credit card refund fee of $24.99.
Cancellations made before items have shipped are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This amount is determined by the total amount of items ordered.
Order cancellation will only be accepted if received before shipment occurs. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. If shipment is simply refused by customer, the return policy is still in effect.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.
In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by MC&E, Inc. / ElectionSource. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
